What is Operation and Technology Roadmap (OTR)?

Operation & Technology Roadmap (OTR) is a program curated to help local enterprises to develop customised roadmaps aligned to their business strategies and goals. The initiative aims to help local enterprises identify technologies and training gaps to increase their competitive edge.

How does it work?  

OTR is typically conducted on a one-on-one basis by NTUC’s team of Industry Training Officers (ITO)s) with individual companies, over five half-day sessions, covering the following steps:
